Last month I did a ten day tour of the North Island with all my favourite people… surfing, sailing, and summiting mountains.
I didn’t keep anything in the way of a diary because I was too busy being a tour guide by day and being merry by night. But I did take one million photos, so this blog rounds up my top 25 of the trip, in chronological order.

Moments after being reunited with this lot at Auckland Airport. All aboard the party bus!

Throwing them straight into Kiwi life with a surf session at Ngarunui Beach, Raglan.

Duck tales in Lake Taupo.

Sailing in the crystal clear fresh waters of Lake Taupo (which is the same size as Singapore!).

Girl banding to the max at Huka Falls, Taupo.

Three Men and a Baby.

The newly engaged

All the gear… Happy trampers taking on the mighty Tongariro Alpine Crossing.

Disappearing into the abyss amongst moonlike landscapes.

Stopping at the emerald green lakes for lunch after our descent.

Last day together at Karanghake Gorge after a whirlwind week.

At Waiheke Island minus Kimmy – tasting all the wine and all the cheese at Cable Bay.
